A trouble with PayingPost.com/BlogAdvertisingStore.com Part 2

Here's a continuation of my post about "A trouble with PayingPost.com/BlogAdvertisingStore.com"
I just got an email from them way back November 19. I don't know if this is a threat or what but i got this reply after i demand for my payment and after i send an email from one of their advertiser.
Here's the exact message from Robert G of BlogAdvertisingStore.com (PayingPost.com)

Att: blogger.

First of all, as I already stated several times, there are some delays in our payment because we are checking each and every blog if they respect our TOS, which you may find here:

http://www.blogadvertisingstore.com/terms-and-conditions.php

Receiving 1 zillion of e-mails from bloggers is not exactly what I am looking for, neither contacting each and every advertiser (which is by the way prohibited, according to our TOS, since advertisers has nothing to do with bloggers, because they DO NOT pay you, but US. So bloggers work for US, not for advertisers). From the moment you decided to write a paid review, you were agree with our TOS so please be patient (or if you can’t let me know, so we can set up things much faster…) and let us do our job to ensure that advertisers now and in the future get what is best - Quality. We are rejecting each day hundreds of bloggers so please wait for us to review your blog(s).

Att: advertiser:

It’s a mistake answering any e-mails that came from any blogger that work for us. It’s not your duty to do the support department, but mine. And no one has the right to “tarnish” your image because all it takes it’s to understand that there are some delays because we want to assure that bloggers actually meet some quality guidelines and they did not alter any written post. We are not going to pay for trash, rather we’ll refund the price of those posts so you can order another reviews. So please, one more time, do not answer any incoming e-mail from bloggers.

Have a good day!
Rogert G.

Here's the Term of Condition of BlogAdvertisingStore.com (PayingPost.com)

Att: blogger.

Terms and conditions

There are no fancy rules, but only a few:

Bloggers:

1. When you reserve an opportunity, YOU AGREE that you will be paid after you earn $100 threshold. This threshold was set because of the fraudulent bloggers activity such:

- after payment they nofollow links
- post deletion
- blog deletion
- post altered aka. adsense, adbright, etc stuffed

2. If WE feel that you violated in any way our TOS, even if you reached $100 your payment is subject to delay. So, let's play correctly.

3. Do not sent a zillion e-mails because your chance to get a replay is reduced to ZERO, since you will be marked as SPAM.

4. E-mailing/contacting advertisers will lead to de-activating your account. Any questions/concernes should be addressed to us.

Advertisers:

1. It's your right to double check all opportunities. We strive to do our best when approving posts but if you observe any typo, grammar issues, nofollow links, etc you are entitled to get a refund for the wrong opportunity.

2. After you created an opportunity and that opp. was approved we can no longer refund the opportunity cost. We hope the reasons are obvious.

Now what can you say with their system. They are restricting me and other bloggers to contact advertiser and ask for their assistance. So according to them, the reason of delays is because their checking each blogs if we're following their TOS. So sending them emails is such a nonsense and useless for them? I'm really confused with their system. Do you know what's up with this statement from Robert? "(or if you can’t let me know, so we can set up things much faster…)".

Here's another statement that worries me a lot
We are rejecting each day hundreds of bloggers so please wait for us to review your blog(s)
I felt pity for those rejected bloggers knowing that they did everything and patiently wait until they've reached the 100 threshold. Rejecting bloggers is quite unfair right? And if ever i will be one of those rejected bloggers, that would be very disappointing in my part.
We took a very long time just to reach their threshold and now we're going to wait again just to have our payment. I hope this site will practice Professionalism as much as we do.

November is about to end and most bloggers haven't received their payment just like me. December 1 is about to come (The next payment date for those bloggers who have reached the 100 threshold for the month of November) which means another set of bloggers will be queued for their payment process. Now, i'm wondering how will they able to manage everything. If they sent the payment on time, i guess there will no problem.
This could be one of the biggest mistake i've made. I should not join this company on the first place.

By the way the reason why i'm showing up two domains for their site, is to warn you that BlogAdvertisingStore.com is just thje same with PayingPost.com. What do you think the reason of the sudden change of their domain? hmmmm
I will give you updates soon about this trouble with BlogAdvertisingStore.com (PayingPost.com)

Sailor Mars is one of the central characters in the Sailor Moon metaseries. Her real name is Rei Hino , a Shinto priestess and schoolgirl who can transform into one of the series' specialized heroines, the Sailor Senshi. Rei is one of few Sailor Moon characters who is able to use special powers in her everyday civilian form. These are mainly the result of her role as a miko, which gives her heightened spirituality as well as certain resources. In addition to some psychic talent, including occasional unprompted premonitions, Rei is able to do fire readings and to dispel evil spirits. Sailor Mars has the power to manipulate flame. In the anime, she shoots a fireball from her index fingers and shouts the words "Fire Soul."

(FLAME OF RECCA)
http://media.animegalleries.net/albums/media/110/for_recca004.jpg

Recca, the primary protagonist of the series, is a teenager obsessed with ninja and anything related to ninja. Recca was born the second son of Ōka, the leader of the Hokage ninja clan that existed over 400 years ago. Recca's older half-brother, Kurei, was supposed to be the heir to the leadership because he was the eldest and was born with the ability to control fire, but Recca also exhibited the same abilities as an infant, and is declared the true heir of the Hokage leadership. In an attempt to save him during the slaughter of the Hokage ninja clan, his mother (Kagerō) used a forbidden technique that opened a portal that would transport him into the future, where the Flame of Recca storyline begins. Recca's flame power is derived from eight Flame Dragons (referred to as Karyū in the Japanese version), and his powers were apparently so strong that they had to be sealed with a wrist guard. His appearance varies slightly between the anime and manga, as in the manga, his hair has a red highlight and bright blue eyes, and in the anime his hair is a dull blue highlight and his eyes are a similar color.

MOST WELL-KNOWN ANIME FLAME USER

"Flame on!", which the Torch customarily shouts when activating his full-body flame effect, has become his catchphrase.

His primary power is the ability to envelop his entire body in fiery plasma without harm to himself, in which form he is able to fly and to generate powerful streams and/or 'balls' of fire. He can also manipulate his flame in such a way as to shape it into rings, cages, etc. Even when not engulfed in flame himself, the Torch has the ability to control any fire within his immediate range of vision, causing it to increase or decrease in intensity or to move in a pattern directed by his thoughts. Additionally, he is able to absorb fire/plasma into his body with no detrimental effects (he once absorbed the entire fireball of a nuclear explosion

Prepare yourself for Coffee Heaven

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of NESCAFE. All opinions are 100% mine.

Are you addicted into coffee just like me? I really don’t know the reason but I just can’t refuse coffee and I guess I can’t live a day without it. Coffee helps me a lot in boosting up energy and keeps me stay up at night which is very important for my work. However, according to some medical experts, too much consumption of coffee may harm your health because of its major constituent known as “Caffeine.” It was said that caffeine can highly affect an individual’s tolerance or intolerance. In the other side, Coffee is also rich in antioxidant which prevents free radicals from causing cell damage!
For me, as long as you know how to balance everything, there’s nothing you have to worry about. And now, let’s go back with the Coffee thing! I have tried different coffees like Espresso, Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, and Café Mocha. I love Iced Coffee too! Among all these kind of coffee, I like Espresso the most! I just love its thick consistency and its yummy “crema”. Oh how I love Latte too especially the way it is presented in my favorite coffee house!
Sad to say, I can only avail these coffees every time I go out and dine-in with my favorite coffeehouse! That’s why I am very excited about this on-going online contest at Sweetspot.ca. The contest is entitled “Prepare yourself for Coffee Heaven!” The contest will give you a chance to win 1 of 6 NESCAFE Dolce Gusto machines.
http://www.dolce-gusto.ca/MerchantUploads/edgedolcegusto/assets/Link1-1DolceDiagram.jpg
Here are some of the great features of this amazing machine:
• The only single serve coffee machine designed with a 15-bar pressure system – comparable to coffeehouse machines – to create the all-important crema layer and a frothy milk.
• Innovative, proprietary technology of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto’s capsule system ensures a perfect cup, made-to-order every time.
• Produces both hot and cold coffeehouse quality beverages. Perfect for entertaining all year round!
• All 7 coffee varieties are made with a premium blend of 100% roast and ground Arabica beans: Caffè Lungo, Espresso, Americano, Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, Iced Cappucino, Café Mocha...even Chococino (hot chocolate) for the kids.
• The Custom Control Lever, which optimizes extraction pressure, allows for easy customization of froth, heat, and coffee strength.
• Sleek, funky, and easy to use, the NESCAFE Dolce Gusto coffee machine by KRUPS comes in three colours with chrome detailing: candy-apple red, creamy white and sophisticated black.
• Two models now available: Krups, $199 and T-Fal, $179.

Is it so amazing? Imagine that you can now have those premium and professionally done coffees without going in any coffee house! So if I were you, I will not waste any time and grab this once in a life time opportunity! Who knows? Maybe you can be one of the 6 lucky winners of this NESCAFE Dolce Gusto machine! The contest runs from November 2 to December 20, 2009. This would be a perfect gift for Christmas if ever I won! Go ahead and encourage dome of your friends too and Prepare yourself for Coffee Heaven!

A trouble with PayingPost.com/BlogAdvertisingStore.com

Many bloggers have shared their thoughts and opinion about this. Some even shared out bad words againsts this site. I don't want to be rude so let me take this in a diplomatic way.
If you are familiar with blog advertising, I'm sure you know something about PayingPost.com don't you? PayingPost.com is currently known as BlogAdvertisingStore.com. Just like other blog advertising company like Payperpost.com, Payu2blog.com, SponsoredReviews.com, this site will also let you earn money by creating reviews on a certain product, software, services..ets provided by the advertiser. However, what makes BlogAdvertisingStore.com (PayingPost.com) differ from other sites is that, you have to reach their $100 threshold before you can have your payment. According to them, they were forced to apply this threshold because in the last 6 (six) months they had to refund advertisers because bloggers nofollow-ed links, deleted sponsored posts or just because they deleted the entire blog.
Now here's my problem

I have reached their $100 threshold last October (which took me 5 months just to reach this threshold). You will be paid directly into your PayPal account on the first day of each month once you have reached their threshold limit. Supposed to be, i should get my payment last November 1 but i didn't received any. I thought there was just a delay that will take days or a week to complete the process but it's been 3 weeks and still, there is no progress.

I try to contact them and send them emails EVERYDAY but i received no reply until last November 5 when i got a reply from ROBERT G. from BlogAdvertisingStore.com stating;

(Hi There. Yes, there is a Huge Delay in our payment time. Hopefully we do all payments in the next few days)
This is Robert's reply after i asked him why i haven't received my payment yet. I thought everything is cleared and my questions regarding about my payment were answered. I keep sending them messages to give me some updates and since i never got any response or replies from them, i decided to contact all the advertisers and ask them what's going on. I got replies from some of their advertisers and Surprisingly here's what they answered me

(Milton,
We've received many emails from many people about this in recent past.
I can only say that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any of this and have a business to run!
We paid them IN ADVANCE LIKE EVERY ADVERTISER DOES IN THIS WORLD.
Why you were not paid is truly their and your problem.

I am copying this email to Robert from their company.
Please talk to him and not us about it.)

Now, this what makes BlogAdvertisingStore.com (PayingPost.com) quite questionable. If the advertisers PAID THEM IN ADVANCE, i don't see any reason for a Huge Delay for their payment process. According to the advertiser, they've received many emails about this which is quite alarming right?

Here's another hanging question about this site, the sudden change of their Site's name without notifying its users is also questionable.

Oh and before i joined PayingPost.com, their threshold is only $50 and then they extend it to $100...I wonder why

Now here's the thing, let's say i'm not after the money but knowing that i took 5 months just to reach their threshold and knowing how risky it was for my blogs/sites to post sponsored reviews especially in generating traffic and page rank! That is quite unfair right? I gave extra efforts for those post just to satisfy the advertisers.

And now, I'm done with my part and it's time for BlogAdvertisingStore.com (PayingPost.com) to make a closure for this post. I will post all the updates about this!

This is a lesson that i've learned! I should be observant in terms of choosing an Online Advertising Company and i should perform backgroud check as much as possible!

TOP FIVE MOST POPULAR SESAME STREET CHARACTER

I know many of you have noticed these Google Logos recently.
http://cdn.mashable.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/bigbird-hp.gif
http://www.google.com.ph/logos/cookie_monster-hp.gif

These is in commemoration with the 40th anniversary of the world's legendary children educational show ~ The Sesame Street. Sesame Street premiered on November 10, 1969 and is the longest running children’s program on US television, with an amazing 39 seasons and 4,186 episodes aired.
So i decided to post something about them. Hope you'd like it!
TOP FIVE MOST POPULAR SESAME STREET CHARACTERS

TOP 5 MOST POPULAR SESAME STREET CHARACTER
"OSCAR THE GROUCH"

http://www.watchmyfoodgrow.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/oscar_the_grouch_from_sesame_street.png

He has a green body (during the 1969–1970 season he was orange), has no nose, and lives in a garbage can. His favorite thing in life is trash; evidence for this is the song "I Love Trash". Although "The Grouch" aptly describes his misanthropic interaction with the other characters and even to himself at times, it is also the name of his species.
Did you know that Oscar inspired an Apple Macintosh hack written by Eric B. Shapiro and shown at the 1989 MacHack conference, featuring a singing animated Oscar that appeared from the trash can whenever a file was thrown away. The hack was so popular that some parents lost the entire contents of their hard disks to preschoolers wanting to see more of Oscar.

TOP 4 MOST POPULAR SESAME STREET CHARACTER
"COOKIE MONSTER"

http://static.open.salon.com/files/cookie-monster3-7769871237963363.jpg

He is best known for his voracious appetite and his famous eating phrases: "Me want cookie!", "Me eat cookie!", and "Om Nom nom nom" (said through a mouth full of food). He often eats anything and everything, including danishes, donuts, lettuce, apples, bananas, as well as normally inedible objects such as salt and pepper shakers, signs, napkins, pencils, typewriters, telephones, motorcycles, Peabody Awards, trucks, a safe, a VW Beetle, and the Letter of the Day. However, as his name suggests, his preferred food is cookies. Chocolate chip cookies are his favorite kind; oatmeal cookies are his second favorite. He is known to have a mother, a younger sister, and an identically-designed cousin, who all share his characteristic blue fur and "googly eyes".
Cookie Monster's theme song, "C is for Cookie", is one of the most famous songs from Sesame Street.

TOP 3 MOST POPULAR SESAME STREET CHARACTERS
"BERT AND ERNIE"

http://bertandernieshow.files.wordpress.com/2008/09/bert-and-ernie.jpg

Bert and Ernie are two roommates on the long-running television show Sesame Street. The two appear together in numerous skits, forming a comic duo that is one of the centerpieces of the program. Bert and Ernie were built by Don Sahlin from a simple design scribbled by Muppets creator Jim Henson. According to Frank Oz, Sahlin also defined their characters on the basis of their physical appearance: Ernie was an orange and Bert was a banana. In a classic pairing, Ernie appears chubby while Bert appears quite skinny.A typical Bert and Ernie skit follows one of two similar patterns, both beginning with Ernie devising a hare-brained idea and Bert calmly attempting to talk him out of it. Usually this ends with Bert losing his temper and Ernie remaining oblivious to his own bad idea. Sometimes Ernie's idea miraculously turns out to be correct, much to Bert's evident frustration.
Did you know that there are some rumors and misconceptions that Ernie and Bert are gay lovers? This was denied by SesameWorkshop but the idea of Bert and Ernie as a couple is sufficiently widespread that it has been used as the basis of jokes on the shows Saturday Night Live, Family Guy, Supernatural, Friends and American Dad!.

TOP 2 MOST POPULAR SESAME STREET CHARACTER
"ELMO"

He is a furry red monster with large white eyes and an orange nose. He currently hosts the last full 15 minute segment on Sesame Street, Elmo's World, which is aimed at toddlers. He is accompanied by his goldfish Dorothy and silent Charlie Chaplin–like characters named Mr. Noodle, Mr. Noodle's Brother Mr. Noodle, and sometimes, Mr. Noodle's sister Miss Noodle.
Elmo is self-described as three-and-a-half years old and characteristically refers to himself in the third person.
Did you know that Elmo is the only non-human puppet ever to testify before the U.S. Congress. At the request and with the assistance of Rep. Duke Cunningham, he testified before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services and Education in April 2002, urging support for increased funding in music education.

THE MOST POPULAR SESAME STREET CHARACTER
"BIG BIRD"

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/photos/uncategorized/2008/08/05/bigbird.jpg

he is an eight-foot two-inch tall bright yellow bird. He can roller skate, ice skate, dance, sing, write poetry, draw and even ride a unicycle. But despite this wide array of talents, he is prone to frequent misunderstandings, on one occasion even singing the alphabet as one big long word (ABC-DEF-GHI), pondering what it could ever mean. He lives in a large nest behind the 123 Sesame Street brownstone and he has a teddy bear named Radar, after Walter "Radar" O'Reilly of M*A*S*H, who had a teddy bear and was also lovably naive and innocent. Radar was given to Big Bird by Gary Burghoff when he guest starred on the show. Later on, however, it was said that Big Bird got the bear as a gift from Mr. Hooper.
It is believed that Big Bird is probably a giant canary. However, in an episode of Sesame Street Big Bird was asked if he was related to the cassowary, he replied, "I'm more of a condor."
In 1985, Big Bird was the star of his own movie Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird alongside the cast of Sesame Street. The plot focused on him being moved away to live with his own species by a meddling social-worker.

"THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD"

http://retromedia.ign.com/retro/image/article/901/901838/the-house-of-the-dead-20080822035322093.jpg

The House of the Dead is a first-person, light gun arcade game released in 1996 by Sega.

Players assume the role of agents Thomas Rogan and "G" in their efforts to repel the dangerous, inhumane experiments of Dr. Curien, a madman.

The House of the Dead is a rail shooter light gun game. Players use a light gun (or mouse, in the PC version) to aim and shoot at approaching enemies. The characters' pistols use magazines, and are required to reload once each magazine is empty. A set of torches next to the magazine of each player represents remaining health. When a player is hurt or shoots a civilian, one of their torches is removed, signifying damage. A player is dead when all torches are lost. A player may then continue by inserting more credits, if playing on an arcade machine, and pressing the "continue" or "start" button. There are first-aid packs available throughout the game that will restore one torch. These are found either in the possession of civilians that the player has rescued or inside breakable objects. Similarly, there are also special items located in breakable objects that will grant a bonus to whoever shoots it.

http://blog.pricegrabber.co.uk/buttonsmasher/files/2008/05/house-of-the-dead-wii.jpg

Throughout the course of the game, players are given numerous situations in which their actions will have an effect on the direction of gameplay. For instance, in the beginning of the game, a civilian is about to be thrown off the bridge to his death. If players save the civilian, they will enter the house directly through the front door; however, if the civilian dies, players are redirected to an underground route through the sewers. This branching path system was also implemented in the sequels.

TOP 4 SCARIEST VIDEO GAME

"ALIEN VS PREDATOR"

http://www.playerzblog.com/wp-content/avp.jpg

This is a chronological list of games in the Alien and Predator science fiction franchises. There have been thirty-five officially licensed video games, one trading card game, and one tabletop miniatures game released based on the franchises.

The first video game connected to the Alien franchise was released in 1982, based on the 1979 film Alien. Subsequent games were based on that film and its sequels Aliens (1986), Alien 3 (1992), and Alien Resurrection (1997).
http://scifiwire.com/assets_c/2009/06/AliensvsPredator_MarinePOV-thumb-550x309-19076.jpg
Like the films on which they are based, the stories of the games are set in a fictional universe in which alien races and species have dangerous conflicts with humans and with each other. The games pit human, Alien, and Predator characters against one other in various fights for survival. The settings of the games vary, with most of the stories taking place far in the future.

TOP 3 SCARIEST VIDEO GAME
"RESIDENT EVIL"

http://adultswimuk.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/resident-evil-zombie.jpg
Resident Evil, known in Japan as Bio hazard , is a video game series and media franchise consisting of comic books, novelizations, films, and a variety of collectibles, including action figures, strategy guides and publications.

http://www.wiisworld.com/images/screenshots/resident-evil-4-1.jpg

Utilizing heavy horror elements, puzzle solving, and a lot of action, most of the games in the main Resident Evil series have been released to positive reviews. Many of the games, most notably Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4, have been bestowed with multiple Game of the Year honors and frequently placed on lists of the best games ever made. A common criticism of the series is its odd placement of puzzles. When speaking of Code: Veronica, one critic wrote that the game is "still largely a puzzle-driven (as opposed to plot driven) experience." Capcom has been commended, however, for making an attempt to phase out and better integrate the puzzles, with IGN writing that the puzzles of Resident Evil 4 are "not so obscure that they can't be figured out, and indeed many of them are downright clever."

The success of the Resident Evil series has resulted in Guinness World Records awarding the series eight world records in the Guinness World Records: Gamers Edition 2008. These records include Most Live-Action Movie Sequels, Action-Adventure Game with the Most Novelizations, and the dubious honor of Worst Game Dialogue Ever for the line "Here's a lock pick. It might be handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you". The 2009 Gamers Edition noted the series alongside other long running franchises for its impact and legacy.

Created by Tecmo, Fatal Frame is one of the most well received survival horror games to date, largely due to the atmospheric music, dark and claustrophobic environments, emphasis on aesthetics and art design and the variety of spirits encountered during the course of the game. The main object of the game is to solve a mystery which is linked to old Japanese superstitions. The player's main enemies are ghosts; a few are friendly, but most are not. The only form of defense is a camera obscura, which allows the player to exorcise ghosts by taking a picture of them and thus, sealing their spirit in the film.

Silent Hill is a survival horror video game franchise, developed and published by Konami. The first four games in the series were created by Team Silent, which has since disbanded.

The series is known for its complex storylines revealed through cinematic cut scenes and in-game notes. Each game unfolds like a movie, with the player's actions determining several possible endings they receive. The series is also acclaimed for its detailed, disturbing environments and chilling soundtracks provided by composer Akira Yamaoka.

Some sound effects seem to have been included simply to frighten and alarm rather than cause actual physical harm in the game. Composer Akira Yamaoka has provided atmospheric and emotional music for the series, which ranges from the first game's post-industrial noise music to more traditional melancholy piano solos to heavy rock pieces
