BLOG IDOL ROUND 5: COUNTRY MUSIC MEDLEY

Yay! We're all set for another exciting round for Blog Idol. Things are getting tougher and tougher every week and the winner for each round is quite unpredictable that's why I am really excited for this round! Before we proceed, I Just want to inform you guys that my TOP Commentators Post for September will be quite delayed. (haha I'm still counting them LOL)
Anyway, Our Music theme for this week is one of my favorite music genre. It's COUNTRY Music Week for this round. Few of favorite Country Music Artists would be Dolly Parton, John Denver, Willie Nelson and Brad Paisely. Yeehaw! Let The Country music Medley begin!!!

1. Mai Yang picked a song from one of the newest Country sensation, Lady Antebellum. It is a slow tempo country ballad whose lyrics speak of a love relationship between two newly-formed couples.

2.Mona Abayle submitted a classic Country hit from Kenny Rogers. It tells a story of a young man who earned a reputation as the Coward of the County because he chose not to fight as a promise for his late father

3.Genny chose an original Randy Travis song which was later covered by Carrie Underwood. It poses a hypothetical situation, asking how his lover would react if he said he wanted to come back home even the girl already found someone else.

4. Xan Gerna picked one of the first big hits of Taylor Swift. The song describes fancying someone who already interested in someone else and, therefore, maintaining the sentiments a secret.

5. April Tarongoy submitted a popular song most notably recorded by Rascal Flatts. The song is referring prayers that went unaswered by God but turned out to be a blessing in disquise and what made them the person they are today.
