Wonderful Blessings

Hi guys, sorry for my very late update. I just want to share you the wonderful blessings that came to me these past few weeks. I am really really grateful and blessed indeed. Well first, our online business is on and we're just too happy for the outcome. As you all know, we've been planning to start this business even before and we're lucky enough that we finally got a chance to start. We're making charms out of Polymer clays. I saw it first online and I decided to find any possible ways to learn such craft. I attended several workshops and more and after a few months of practicing, I guess, we're good and confident enough to showcase our own made crafts.
You can check our Facebook page Here

Surprisingly, another blessing came to me a few days ago. Remember my Ntrust entry? Yes, I am so thankful that my post were chosen among the three lucky winners of the recently held Ntrust Contest.  The contest was held by Nuffnang PH in partnership with Ntrust. You can check the details about Ntrust in my entry here or better yet visit their official Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/nTrust.
Moving over to the contest, I won their second prize. I won an iPod Touch 64Gb and this is actually the biggest and most expensive prize I have ever won online. It came to me by surprise and I am really grateful about this blessing.

Allow me to grab this opportunity to thank my sister who joined me with my Ntrust entry. Of course, I would like to thank both of the Nuffnang and Ntrust for coming up with such a wonderful contest. It's so nice to meet you guys in person. Cheers!
Have a great day guys and Happy blogging to all..

Searching for the New Anna

And so the Anna Banana Legacy continues but it seems that it didn't turned out exactly as what we are expecting it to be. As you all know Derek S Lorenzo made a video dedicated to his crush Anna Banana to express his feelings. The video became viral and in fact, as of this moment, the video has reached over 1 million views (1,505,605 to be exact). However, Anna made her reply in response to Derek's video which broke our poor fellow's heart. Just in case that you've missed the original Derek Video, allow me to share it once more.

Okay, so a new commercial has been released and a lot of revelations were made. Anna Benaza is the real full name of Anna and her true personality behind her charming appearance were revealed. Watch the video below to find out.

Here's the full video of Anna's video response to Derek.

So this is Derek's first ever rejection from a girl and what makes it worst is that, Anna did this publicly through YouTube. Well, Derek, just be strong dude. Anna is just one of the million girls out there so don't ever be discouraged by this rejection. In fact, it's good thing that you managed to see the real Anna behind her charm because, at least, you realized that she's not the right girl for you.
So now my fellow readers, it's now our chance to help Derek to find his new Anna. And to begin with, Oh Derek, why not pick my sister instead (LOL)
Well, at least she's not as rude as Anna haha. Anyway, my point here is that, Derek has to move on and look forward to the better side. Let's build a campaign and help our friend Derek to find his New Anna Banana. I'm inviting all the girls out there to make a video to cheer up Derek. Prove to him that he deserves you more than Anna and try to heal his broken heart. Go to www.dereksnewanna.com to see the rest of the details and get a chance to meet Derek in person.
So do you have what it takes to become the New Anna for Derek? Make your video now! Who knows, you might get a chance to date Derek and watch movies together.

Anyway, speaking of movies, I'm so excited for the upcoming Resident Evil: Retribution. I just can't wait to see Alice together with new case including Ada Wong and Leon Kennedy. Rain Ocampo's role will be reprise as well.
Have a great day guys and Happy blogging to All.

Fascinating Facts about Jewelries

Jewelries are not just for women anymore and in fact, I just read a wonderful information about their history and it's very interesting to know that men were actually the first one to wear such items as a status symbol and as a good luck charm or amulets to aid them in battle. Maybe, it just so happened that jewelries for women came in wide variety of designs which makes them more fascinating. But regardless of the wearer's gender, we cannot deny the fact that jewelries are widely used as a fashion statement. Even before in ancient time, people of all culture have used such jewelries as personal badges, adornments and as emblems of religious and social affiliation.
Nowadays, people use it mainly for fashion. They used to wear jewelries for most special occasions.
Jewelries might vary on their size, appearance and materials that are being used. Diamonds, gold and some precious games like Ruby and sapphire are few of the most common materials used for jewelries. They said that it is every important to wear a jewelry that matches well with your outfit. These items will compliment your dress so well.
Of course, not all jewelries share the same amount of durability and quality. Custom jewelry for an instance will vary depending on their craftsmanship. This is the reason why most jewelry lovers and enthusiasts trust only those items that are manufactured and distributed by those well known companies and brands. Jewelries are almost like an investment considering that we might be dealing with huge amount of money here so it is very understandable for a buyer to look for a well trusted dealer just like those jewelry stores sydney Australia has to offer.
The prices will vary depending on their size too. The price of marquise cut diamonds 0,50 carat diamonds for example are different from the price of other diamonds with higher carats.
Jewelries are very ideal for engagement rings as well. We used to get thrilled when we see those celebrities who wear their highly expensive rings. Interestingly, if you are aiming for a very special and unique ring, there are companies today that allow you to customize your own ring through their engagement rings design your own features.
On top of that, the good thing about those high class jewelry is that, they can last for a life time and they can be transferred to one generation to another. What a great investment indeed.

Wait No More with nTrust!

Ever wonder how much time we lose because of waiting? If you order a meal for example whether it's in a fast food restaurant or not, you'll have to wait because you have to give the servers enough time to prepare your food. If you're working in a company whether you are highly compensated or not, you still have to wait for the 15th or 30th of each month before you get paid. If you're courting someone and if you are pretty serious about it, then you also have to wait until until you get her sweet Yes.
See? Waiting has been a part of our everyday routine. It just so happen that not everything that we want can be acquired instantly. Sometimes, we really have to wait and be patient about it. We have to bear those sacrifices as long as we can if we are really determined to get them. Patience is indeed a virtue but I don't think this cliche is applicable all the time. There are some instances that waiting is not really necessary but people still dealing with it because that's the kind of process they got used to. Why should we wait if there are ways to expedite the process right? What we need is something like nTrust which i will discuss further later on.
In partnership with nTrust, I conducted my own observation on how much time we actually lose and waste during a regular day. Luckily, i was about to pay our bills and process some papers so I grabbed that opportunity to do my observation. I know for the fact that I will be dealing with long queues so I grabbed my sister with me and hit the mall as early as we could.
We were able to arrive at exactly 10:15 am. Fortunately, the mall is already open so we don't have to deal with long inspection queue.
My first goal is to cash out some money to pay my bills and I am also planning to send some cash to my auntie. A long queue actually came to us by surprise. I never thought that long queues will welcome us as early as 10 am. I just failed to realized that it was Payday that time and it's really a wrong timing for both of us. But then again, i have to bear with it or else, commuting for like 30 minutes will just be a waste of time.
This photo was taken at SM Molino Center while people were lining up for ATM Kiosk Machine to withdraw their money. If you want to avoid long line-ups go to nTrust.com.

There are 4 ATM Kiosk Machines here but only 2 were currently working that day as a result people had to queue and wait for their turn. There was actually a lady who took almost 20 minutes in the machine as if she's trying to cash all her money out from her ATM.
Arrived: 10:20 am
Queued: 30 minutes (approximate time)
Processed: 5 minutes

Finally, after our turn, we went over to the Information Center to pay my bills. As expected, another long queue will welcome us and guess what, the queue is longer than what we had in the ATM Kiosks area.
This photo was taken at SM Molino Information Center while people were lining up to pay their bills. If you want to avoid long line-ups go to nTrust.com.

If you're a short tempered guy or you do not have enough patience in waiting, then I suggest you not to visit this place especially during the peak days. Information Center is a place where people can pay their bills (Electric, Water, Phone, Internet, and more). Despite of the advantage of paying all your bills at once without the need of going directly to their main branches, you still have to wait and bear with this long queue.
Arrived: 11:02 am
Queued: 45 minutes (approximate time)
Processed: 10 minutes

After that very tiring queue, Mirasol and I decided to buy some snack first but who would have thought that buying snacks will cost you another 20 minutes of waiting?

These photo was taken at SM Molino Department Store while people were lining up in the counter area to present their items to the cashier. If you want to avoid long line-ups go to nTrust.com.

Gosh! We're carrying a pair of snacks and bottled drinks and we still have to wait for another round of time. Look at those people ahead of me carrying baskets filled with goods and imagine how long will it took for a cashier to process it manually? I am grateful that they made a special lane for people who purchased few items to avoid long queues but I guess they should have made another lane to make it faster.
Arrived: Almost 12
Queued: 25 minutes (approximate time)
Processed: 10 minutes

I'm done with the bills and my sister and I were both TIRED but we have to visit a remittance center to send my auntie some cash. It was actually requested by our mom so we really have to obey her.
These photo was taken at a Local Remittance Center while people were lining up to remit or to send money. If you want to avoid long line-ups go to nTrust.com.

As expected, I encountered another long queue. When I was working in Manila, I used to visit a Remittance Center at least twice or thrice a month (every payday) to remit money to my parents in the province. There are actually two ways for my parents to received the money, it's either the "Door to Door Delivery" or they have to "Pick Up" the money in the nearest branch. Unfortunately, the nearest branch is way too far from our place so I have to take the Door to Door delivery option which usually takes 2-3 business days. The company is a legit one and they will deliver the money completely but I wish that could have done something to expedite their process of shipping. Same thing can be applied to overseas workers because this is also their way on How to transfer money to the Philippines.
Arrived: 12:40 pm
Queued: 20 minutes (approximate time)
Processed: 5 minutes

Wow, I just can't imagine how much time did we consume by simply waiting for our turn. If we will analyze carefully and if we will try to eliminate those queuing time, we will arrive at 10:15 am and done processing everything at around 10:45 to 11 pm so that's 30-45 minutes overall . The average time that we consumed in waiting is 120 minutes or nearly 2 hours. Imagine how much time we lose and waste simply because of waiting? I can do lots of valuable things within that 2 hours.
►2 hours is enough to finish my daily blogging routine.
►2 hours is enough to finish my articles and reviews.
► 2 hours nearly cover an entire Catholic mass
► 2 hours is enough to watch a complete movie
►2 hours is enough to cook and prepare your dish
►2 hours is enough for me to review my brother for his upcoming periodical exam.
►2 hours covers 4 drama series on TV
►2 hours is enough to bond with your family or friends

See how much time you waste by waiting? What we need is company like nTrust and offers a wide range of services that will help you to isolate the process of waiting in terms of remittances. Just like what the term suggests, nTrust is a company that you can entrust with. They are legit and fast. PS: I'm about to request for my nTrust Cash card and I just can't wait to use it for myself and for my upcoming online business too. Coming Home to Manduae Foam : Your Home, Your Imagination

Are you guys fascinated with furniture too? If i will be given a chance to renovate our house, I will definitely grab that opportunity to input some sort of a stylish approach to it. Renovation is not just referring to major construction, it's not just about repair or rebuilding. Renovation is simply defined as a process of restoration to a former better state. If you want to make your house more appealing then renovation is the answer and keep in mind that there are many ways to do this process in a very inexpensive manner. A simple rearranging of furniture is actually good enough to give your house a new look.
"Your home, your imagination" ~ a perfect statement that can be applied appropriately for our topic today. If you want to make your house more appealing and captivating, then you better explore your imagination and exert your creativity so that you can come up with a brilliant idea. This is exactly the same theme of Manduae Foam, one of the leading furniture store in the Philippines.
Originated from Manduae Cebu, Manduae Foam quickly expanded to its neighboring provinces and eventually extended their branches to Manila and nearby Luzon areas.
Mandaue Foam aims to provide very affordable and high quality foam and furniture products to the Filipino people. I actually went over their site to check their stylish furniture and I came up with an idea to pick three of my most favorite.
Since I 've been aiming to have my own working place at home, this XG2012 Office Table is the first furniture that caught my attention. What makes it really ideal is that , the table is not too spacy and is perfect enough for someone like me who has an average size house. The price is Php3900. Not bad actually the prize is way far beyond my expectation. I thought it is more expensive that that.
If there's one room in our house where I spent most of my time, that would be our bed room. I do not have my own bed room and I been sharing our old bed with my little brothers. This Galvin Single Bed is very ideal for us because it comes up with a pull out bed which will save more space in our room if the bed is not in use. I think having such furniture in replacement to our old one is quite a practical choice.
Now, since we love movies that much and my siblings and I used to do DVD Marathon together, I personally would like to have this stylish. This Hank Media Cabinet is very ideal for us., it provides enough space for my mom's decorative pieces too.
You can check more of their furniture by visiting their official webpage here or better yet watch their cinematic TV Commercial showcasing most of their elegant furniture.

Now since I have mentioned something about movie, are you guys excited for the upcoming The Bourne Legacy? A Bourne movie without Matt Damon is really something new and very interesting. Jeremy Renner (aka Mr Hawk Eye of the Avengers) will take Matt Damon's place. What makes this film more exciting is that most of the films are taken here in the Philippines.
This is something I will never miss. Watch the Film's newest trailer below.

Secret to a Long Lasting Relationship

Ever been in a long distance relationship?
Well I did but I don't think my love story is sweet and romantic enough to be shared here. So instead of telling you my story, I'm going to share my parents love story instead and how they managed to keep their relationship strong despite of all the trials that they've been through. I am currently not into any relationship but I am confident enough to say that God is probably too busy right now in writing the best and the most romantic love story for me. After all, I don't like to enter a relationship for the sake of having one. The right girl will come on the right place at the right time. Anyway, my mom and dad has been together for 24 years. One more year to go and they will be celebrating their Silver anniversary. Being together for such a long period of time is not a big joke because they both went through series of challenges and trials in their life that test their faith to each other.
My dad was a former seaman. He was an overseas worker and used to spend most of his time abroad.
As far as I can remember he used to spend 7-10 months working abroad and we are lucky enough if his employer will grant him a four month vacation. That's the only time that we can spend our time with him that's why we're making the most out of it. If we find it hard to deal with such kind of scenario, we knew that our mom felt ten times harder than our situation.

There's no internet during that time and my mom can't mail my dad either since he's working on a ship. Communication can only be done through phone calls and my mom has to follow my dad's break schedule which is usually during 1 am to 4 am in the morning. It became their daily routine.
I would be lying if I said that my parents never had any conflict or misunderstanding. We've seen them quarrel and we've heard my mom shouting over the phone but that's pretty normal and the good thing is that they both managed to solve their issue before it gets worst. Being in a long distance relationship is probably one of the hardest and most crucial situation between 2 married couples. It will definitely test their faith to each other. So i personally asked my mom about the secret of their long lasting relationship and here's what she has to say:
"We managed to stay strong by simply trusting each other. I know it is quite a risk but we both made it through. I trust him and I love him and that is good enough for me to convince myself that he will not be tempted to enter be with another woman because I know he feel the same way for me. We believe in our marriage and the vows that we made and that's what matters most to keep our relationship strong" [translated from Tagalog]
How your relationships stays strong despite hindrances and hardships?

"We both make sure that we fix our problem before it gets worst. Communication is very important in our relationship. We make sure that we spend quality time to each other despite of our distance. Actually, unlike today, we can only communicate via phone calls. We do not have Facebook accounts or any form of communication via Internet. It's hard but I am glad that we managed to survive"

What's the Hardest challenge that you encountered?
" I remember we had an issue before about this girl who was rumored to be his mistress which almost kill our relationship. But It was actually my fault. I went to believe those rumors without even asking my husband about the real deal between them. Everything is nothing but a rumor and none of them are true. Maybe i was just too paranoid that time but God is really good because we were able to save our marriage. Oh and we learned our own lesson too."

What is your greatest sacrifice to make him feel more loved?
" You know what, the fact that I used to spend 8 to 10 consecutive months without him is actually a big sacrifice on my end and I'm sure he felt the same way. But the thing here is that we are not just lovers here, we are also your parent and we are responsible for raising you well. These sacrifice , your dad's sacrifice was dedicated for you and your younger siblings"

Now, who's my mom inspiration? Of course it came from my grandparents. My Lolo and Lola have been together for 54 years and even my grandpa died last 2000, my grandma still celebrate their anniversary every year until she left us two years ago. Their love for each other is truly unconditional which serve as our inspiration too. I am not getting any younger and I'm sure I will come to a point that I have to sacrifice myself for my family as well. I might also work abroad for my family and I will definitely take my parent's story as my inspiration.
My dad suffered from mild stroke last 2001 which made half of his body paralyzed. My mom is currently taking care of him and spending most of her time for my dad. It is truly an inspiration for all of us and I am very grateful to have a loving parents like them. It is now our time to bring the courtesy back and help them in their situation.
Their story might not be as inspiring or as complicated as the three couples shown in this video below but their romantic love story is good enough to motivate and inspire us. Feel free to Watch Tide with Downy video entitled "Pag-ibig na Pangmatagalan" (Long lasting Love)

Interestingly, Tide and Downy came up with this cute and inspiring campaign. Tide with Downy Bangong Padala campaign invited couples to share their love stories and photos exemplifying their love that lasts even though they are separated by distance. Out of 100 entries, the top 3 were chosen and was featured in this very special video.
With the help of Mr Ivan Henares, he will take an exciting journey in three selected destinations. The first one is the inspiring love story between Nicholas and her wife Cecille who has been longing for his husband who needed to work far from his family. The second one is the heartwarming relationship of Hazel and Arnel Bustillo who is a soldier and who used to spend most of his time in the army. The third one is almost identical to my mom's situation. It features the long distance relationship of Emmanuel and Myrna Marapao.
How about you guys? Do you have any story to share about long distance relationship? How do you manage to keep your relationship strong despite of that difficult situation?

Over the next few years, as the tourism phases develop, The Palm Jumeirah is touted as soon to be one of the world’s premier resorts. The Palm Island is the self-declared 'Eighth Wonder of the World'. The island will double the length of the Dubai coastline

"THE MOST THING TO KNOW ABOUT DUBAI"
AMAZING STRUCTURES

"Emirates Tower"

The Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, also referred to as Emirates Tower Two, is a 56-floor five-star business hotel in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel includes 40 luxury suites and is operated by the Jumeirah International Group. Connected with 54-floor Emirates Office Tower by a retail boulevard, the two towers form the Emirates Towers complex. At a structural height of 309 metres (1,014 ft), Emirates Towers Hotel is the smaller of the two of the sister towers. It ranks as the 29th-tallest building in the world. It is the world's 3rd-tallest all-hotel building. Construction was completed on April 15, 2000
(not satisfied with the first one? well take a deep breath here)

"BURJ AL ARAB"

The Burj Al Arab is a luxury hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates managed by the Jumeirah Group and built by Said Khalil. It was designed by Tom Wright of WS Atkins PLC. At 321 metres (1,053 ft), it is the tallest building used exclusively as a hotel.[2] However, the Rose Tower, also in Dubai, which has already topped Burj Al Arab's height, will take away this title upon its opening in April 2008. The Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island 280 metres (919 ft) out from Jumeirah beach, and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. It is an iconic structure, designed to symbolize Dubai's urban transformation and to mimic the sail of a boat

The Burj Al Arab has attracted criticism as well as praise, described as "a contradiction of sorts, considering how well-designed and impressive the construction ultimately proves to be." The contradiction here seems to be related to the hotel’s extreme opulence. "This extraordinary investment in state-of-the-art construction technology stretches the limits of the ambitious urban imagination in an exercise that is largely due to the power of excessive wealth." Another critic includes the city of Dubai as well: "both the hotel and the city, after all, are monuments to the triumph of money over practicality. Both elevate style over substance." Yet another: "Emulating the quality of palatial interiors, in an expression of wealth for the mainstream, a theater of opulence is created in Burj Al Arab … The result is a baroque effect".Sam Wollaston writing in The Guardian described the Burj as "...fabulous, hideous, and the very pinnacle of tackiness - like Vegas after a serious, no-expense-spared, sheik-over".
