TOP FIVE ANIME WATER ELEMENT USERS

It's time for another Anime-related Entry.. hahaha I guess this is my specialty. Anyway, I created this list to be added in my Anime Collection regarding about Element Users. I'm done with the Top Five Anime Kazetsuzai or Wind users and Top Five Anime Fire Users, now, let's list down another Element which is Water!
I guess most of the Water Users are Females. Maybe the characteristic of Water reflects most of their personalities..
I picked the classic characters so that you can recognize at least one of them.

TOP FIVE ANIME WATER ELEMENT USERS

TOP 5 ANIME WATER ELEMENT USER
"SLOTH"

(FULL METAL ALCHEMIST)
In the first anime, Sloth is the product of the Elric brothers' attempt to revive their mother, Trisha Elric, found by Dante and fed incomplete Philosopher's Stones until she assumes her original form's likeness. She is given the alias "Juliet Douglas" and appointed as King Bradley's personal secretary, allowing her to serve as the homunculi's direct contact within the State Military. She is able to transform her body into a watery composition, which she uses to drown others by grabbing hold of them. Sloth constantly suffers from memories of Trisha raising the Elric brothers and, determined to prove to herself that they are not her memories, longs to be able to kill the brothers as their real mother would never do such a thing. She develops a mother-son relationship with Wrath, and the two stick together during the second half of the first anime. During her final battle with the Elric brothers, Wrath, having merged with Trisha's remains earlier, merges with Sloth's body so that he will never have to be separated from her. This leaves Sloth paralyzed, allowing Edward Elric an easy opportunity to convert the water in her body into ethanol, which then evaporates into the atmosphere.

"SUIGETSU HOZUKI AND KISAME HOSHIGAKI"

(NARUTO)
Kisame Hoshigaki is a former ninja of Kirigakure and partnered to Itachi Uchiha, having a unique appearance with pale blue skin, a gill-like facial structure, and sharp triangular teeth. . Kisame himself has massive amounts of chakra, comparable to a tailed beast, enough so that a clone created by the Akatsuki that held only 30% of his power contained an amount of chakra comparable to Naruto when using the Nine-Tails' chakra. By fusing Samehada into him, Kisame can assume a more shark-like form that increases his abilities. In battle, he frequently shapes water into the forms of sharks to damage opponents, able to quickly produce his own lake to use at his leisure if no water is present. After discarding Samehada when it chose Killer Bee over him, Kisame is decapitated by Bee and the Raikage. It was later revealed that was just a shapeshifting technique performed by Zetsu; the real Kisame having hidden inside Samehada.
Suigetsu Hozuki, a former test subject of Orochimaru, is the first character to be recruited for Taka. Not afraid to speak his mind and always doing as he pleases, Suigetsu clashes with Sasuke at first, but eventually comes to accept Sasuke's position and even puts himself in harm's way to protect Sasuke. Suigetsu is able to reduce himself to liquid form and return to bodily form at will. Although this gives him an easy way to avoid physical attacks, it also makes him very susceptible to electricity. In addition, upon reforming himself, Suigetsu can change the size of his limbs, proportionally increasing his strength in the process

TOP 3 ANIME WATER ELEMENT USER
"UMI RYUUZAKI"

(MAGIC KNIGHT RAYEARTH)
She is one of the three protagonists of the series, and represents the element of Water. Umi is an elegant, yet a bit of a short-tempered girl with flowing long blue hair. Umi specialized in Water Magic including her spells like Water Dragon where in she Umi calls forth a Dragon of Water that's able to attack the enemy. It's also suggested that this spell can change the atmosphere by causing rain; Sapphire Whirlwind, the spell calls forth a Whirlwind of water. This can be used to attack an enemy, however, once it was used to save the Chizeta Princess Tarta from falling off a dueling arena; and Icicle Blades, with this spell, Umi rains down a barrage of ice and water at the enemy. This is her only ice-based elemental spell, however it is arguably her most powerful.

TOP 2 ANIME WATER ELEMENT USER
"SAILOR MERCURY AND SAILOR NEPTUNE"

(SAILOR MOON)
Sailor Mercury is the first member of the Sailor Team to be discovered by Sailor Moon, and serves as the "brains" of the group. Her powers are associated with phases of water, and she can use her supercomputer to quickly analyze a foe in battle.
In addition to her own powers, Sailor Mercury has more non-magical items than any other Senshi. Early on in the series she makes frequent use of an extremely powerful "Micro-miniature Super Computer" that enables her to make special calculations, scan her surroundings, track the movements of allies as well as foes, and determine her enemies' weak points.
Sailor Neptune fights alongside her partner and lover Sailor Uranus in defending the Solar System from outside threats. In both versions of the story, she is elegant, sophisticated, capable of sharp anger, and sometimes cold. She is fully dedicated to her duty as a Senshi. Sailor Neptune's powers are inspired by Roman mythology, where Neptune is the god of the ocean. She never uses the element of water in a general sense, that being Sailor Mercury's domain; instead, she draws energy from the "deep waters" and blasts this at her foes (rather than attacking with physical ocean water).

THE MOST POPULAR ANIME WATER ELEMENT USER
"KATARA"

(AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER)

Katara is the only current Waterbender from the Southern Water Tribe, a race of people who can control and manipulate water, because continuous Fire Nation raids on her village have taken away all other waterbenders. Katara earns the title of Master Waterbender from Master Pakku of the Northern Water Tribe by the age of fourteen, a rare feat.
Katara's Waterbending abilities develop considerably throughout the series. At the outset, she has little control over her Waterbending, often relying on others to help her defeat an opponent.
Katara can use water to cut through objects, summon lashing waves and whips of varying sizes, cover herself with a sheath of water which she controls, surf on an ice surfboard, run and stand on the sheer surface of water, melt and control existing ice, form ice into various shapes, freeze water and objects surrounded by water with little effort, create giant walls of mist and steam, transform steam into ice instantly, or evaporate large amounts of water. She even uses the water from her own sweat to break herself out of a wooden jail-cell
